Team Director
Xavier de Carvalho was the first MadCape Staff Member after starting MadCape Racing Team with Joao Marquez in 2012. Xavier has been an integral and highly influential part of the team ever since its inception. He is actively involved in all areas within the team and has been known to get stuck in wherever he’s needed. Xavier takes on many roles within the team to ensure that everything is run smoothly. Xavier works hard to ensure the team has the best chance at reaching it’s targets.

We’re looking for a copy writer and secondary community manager. Please email us at madsocial@madcape.com if you are interested. Tasks will include writing copy for the website, content plans for social media, and keeping our social media pages active.
